Stop future renewals

Open Online library, sign in and choose Manage existing subscription. Cancel there to stop the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Ask about a payment or refund

If you were charged twice, paid in error, cannot access what you purchased or have another billing concern, contact reception with your account email, payment date and invoice reference. Do not send full card details or passwords.

Studio 100 will review the payment and circumstances and respond with the next steps. Cancelling a renewal does not itself request a refund for a payment already made. Any refund remains subject to the applicable rights and the outcome of that review.

In-person academy plans

In-person memberships, freezes, classes and private coaching are managed separately by reception under the terms agreed for that membership or booking.
