This notice explains how Studio 100 uses information when you enquire, create an account or use our member portal and online library.

Information we use

Enquiries include the contact details and training information you submit. Member records can include your name, programme, rank, attendance, membership eligibility and verified family relationships. Your account also records library progress and any reports the academy publishes for you.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange visits, verify access, deliver training content, maintain member records, support your account and manage subscriptions. A shared email address does not by itself authorise access to another member’s records.

Services that support the platform

Kicksite handles enquiry forms and source academy records. Supabase provides account authentication and database services. Vercel hosts the website. Mux delivers protected video streams. Stripe handles online payments and billing. Our email service delivers account and enquiry messages. These providers may process information in countries outside the UAE under their service arrangements.

Card details are entered into Stripe’s payment pages; the portal stores billing references and subscription status rather than full card numbers.

Children and family access

A parent or guardian should submit enquiries for children. Studio 100 verifies guardian relationships before enabling access to a child’s portal information. Family views show the information authorised for each child; staff-only report notes are not shared with guardians.

Cookies and device storage

The portal uses necessary session cookies to keep you signed in and protect account requests. Some progress celebrations use local device storage. Embedded services may use their own necessary cookies.

The Free Introduction form uses limited Google Ads measurement. A lead-conversion event is sent only after an embedded enquiry is successfully confirmed. Opening a form or clicking a booking link does not trigger that event. Enquiry fields, names, contact details, children’s information and medical information are not included. Advertising storage, personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled. An anonymous, temporary identifier in session storage helps avoid duplicate measurement. Browser privacy controls may prevent measurement without affecting your enquiry.

Retention and requests

We keep information while it is needed for the service, academy administration and required business records. Contact reception to ask about your information, corrections, account closure or deletion. We will verify your identity and explain any records we need to retain.
